呼吸の質を改善するためにまず大事なことは、今
の自分の呼吸が楽に出来ているか否か、確認して
下さい。
呼吸には「吸う」「止める」「吐く」の 3つしか
ありません。この 3つの呼吸に慣れ、呼吸力を養
い、強化していくのです。
一度意識して息を吐ききって少し止め、ゆっくり
吸い込むだけで、新しいパワフルなエネルギ－が
体中に行き渡り、気持ちがいいものです。
更に深い呼吸を続けることで、体にも脳にも良い
影響を及ぼし、楽になり穏やかになります。
