そこで大事なことは「平熱37度」です。
人間が生命活動を維持するために重要な酵素は、
37度で最も活性化するといわれています。
また、ほとんどの病原菌が37度の体温では死滅す
ることも分かっているんです。
ところが、最近は平熱が36度を下回る低体温の人
が非常に多くなりました。
これは数字を見れば一目瞭然で、1957年の統計で
36.89度だった日本人の平均体温は、いま36.20度。
半世紀で約0.7度も下がっているんですね。
体温が一度下がると体の免疫力は三割低下すると
いわれていますから、0.7度という数字は決して小
さくはありません。
